By creating an account or using LNO360, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Description of service

LNO360 is a cloud-based operations platform for ISPs and Local Cable Operators. It includes tools for complaint tracking, customer management, billing insights, and real-time dashboards. The platform is hosted on Vercel and accessed via web browser.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• The accuracy of data you enter into the platform.
• Ensuring your use of LNO360 complies with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• Any actions taken under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use LNO360 for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep LNO360 available around the clock, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, push updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We will do our best to communicate planned downtime in advance.

Limitation of liability

LNO360 is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including data loss, revenue loss, or service interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice in cases of serious misuse.
